JKSSB Patwari Result 2024 Declared, Download Merit List PDF

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially declared the much-anticipated result of the written examination for the post of Patwari in the Revenue Department, District Cadre. Candidates who appeared for the exam, conducted on September 1, 2024, can now check their scores and download the merit list from the official website www.jkssb.nic.in.

Revised Answer Key Published

Prior to the result declaration, JKSSB had issued a Revised/Final Answer Key for the written exam, notified vide No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/10/2024-04 (7434645) on September 19, 2024. Candidates were advised to review the revised answer key, which was used as the basis for finalizing the scores and merit list.

Important Notes for Candidates

While the result/score-sheet has been made available, JKSSB has issued a few important clarifications:

  1. Mere appearance in the result list does not guarantee selection: Candidates whose names appear in the score-sheet should note that this does not automatically entitle them to be called for document verification or to be included in the final selection list.
  2. Eligibility criteria must be fulfilled: All candidates must fulfill the other eligibility criteria as laid down by the board. Failing to meet any of the conditions may result in disqualification, even if a candidate has secured a high score in the written test.
  3. Document Verification: The JKSSB will soon release a notification regarding the schedule for Document Verification. Only those candidates who fall within the “consideration zone” based on the merit list will be called for this process. The schedule will be made available separately on the JKSSB’s official website.
